Our Landlord's Contents packages are designed to protect landlords' belongings in residential rental properties. Whether your tenants are working professionals (including retirees), students and/or DSS non-referral, we've got you covered. Our insurance also extends to unoccupied rental properties.

	Cover can include: New for Old cover Available Loss of Rent/Alternative Accommodation up to 15% of the Contents Sum Insured (Included as Standard) Low £50 Excess (£150 if Unoccupied) Contents’ Owners’ Liability up to £2,000,000 Loss of Metered Water up to £15,000 Unauthorised use of Utilities up to £5,000 Legal Liability Cover up to £2,000,000

Commercial & Industrial Property Owners

Our Commercial & Industrial Property Owners’ products are suitable for commercial and/or industrial properties that are tenanted, owner-occupied or vacant.  These packages provide insurance cover for buildings, contents, loss of rent and property owners’ liability insurance. In addition, terrorism covers can be added if requested.  These packages are not suitable for residential properties.
