Home Insurance

We work with a select number of Insurers to offer Home Insurance cover to suit your circumstances.  Whilst standard home insurance is available, we specialise in offering a range of non-standard risks.

Cover Includes... Loss or damage to your property caused by perils including fire, storm, flood, theft, escape of water, subsidence and more. Accidental Damage to mirrors, fixed glass to furniture/ceramic hobs ander underground pipes/cables Trace and Access  up to £5,000 to locate an escape of water. Alternative Accommodation up to 20% of Buildings Sum Insured Occupiers’ and Public Liability up to £5,000,000 Optional covers also include:- Accidental Damage for buildings and contents, including fixed glass and bathroom fittings and audio/visual equipment Personal Belongings Away from the Home for up to 60 days up to your chosen sum insured Specified Pedal Cycles Up to £500 each.

Non-Standard Coverage includes... Listed Property Mid/High Net Worth Including worldwide fine art, antiques and valuables cover. Timber Frames and Flat Roofs Barn Conversion Unoccupied Property Rennovation/Building Works Subsidence/Underpinned Property Adverse Personal Circumstances including insolvency issues and claims history.

UK and Overseas Holiday Home
