Making a claim can sometimes be a stressful experience, but as your Broker we are here to help make things as easy as possible for you.
Whilst Insurers tend to deal with claims direct with you, we will always be here to answer your questions and help you progress the claim in whatever way we can. We want your claim to be stress-free and settled as quickly as possible.
How to Claim
We offer a very wide range of insurance products and naturally, the process will be different depending on what cover you have. Your paperwork should make it clear to you what you need to do to make a claim, however if you are in any doubt at all, please pick up the phone or drop us an email and we will put your mind at ease.
Vulnerable Customers
We recognise that some customers may require more help than others, even if you may not think yourself as vulnerable. Vulnerable could cover anything from needing documentation in larger print, financial help for those struggling in the cost of living crisis, or even the need to appoint a representative to handle your affairs with us, including claims. Our staff are trained in how to spot any customers who may need a little extra help and if we have identified any potential vulnerability, you can rest assured that we will ensure your Insurers will deal with your claim with your personal circumstances in mind.
